INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS

Controlled environments engineered for quality, speed and long-term operational performance.

Mastercom Capital develops integrated industrial infrastructure for organizations that cannot compromise on environmental control, compliance or continuity of operations. Our approach brings design, prefabrication, structural manufacturing, installation, commissioning and lifecycle support into one coordinated delivery model. The result is a facility strategy built around predictable execution, scalable capacity and clear accountability.

Industrial infrastructure with fewer interfaces

Complex controlled-environment projects often involve multiple designers, fabricators, contractors, automation specialists and validation teams. We organize those disciplines around a single execution plan. Early coordination reduces late-stage clashes, protects the critical path and makes technical decisions visible before they reach the site.

Solutions can be delivered as stand-alone modular rooms, multi-room suites, structural platforms or hybrid facilities that combine prefabricated systems with conventional construction. Every program is tailored to the process, product, site conditions and regulatory pathway rather than forced into a fixed catalogue.

Designed around the operating requirement

  • Environmental classification, temperature, humidity and pressure-cascade objectives
  • Personnel, material, waste and equipment flows
  • Process utilities, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and monitoring interfaces
  • Maintenance access, cleanability, future expansion and business continuity
  • Documentation, commissioning and qualification requirements appropriate to the project

Integrated capabilities

1. Prefabricated cleanrooms and controlled environments

Standardized or custom modules are engineered for repeatable quality and efficient site integration. Off-site fabrication allows work to progress in parallel with civil preparation, helping reduce disruption inside active facilities. Modular rooms can be expanded, reconfigured or relocated as production strategies evolve.

2. Structural manufacturing and enclosure systems

Our scope can include self-supporting steel structures, walkable ceilings, wall and ceiling panels, technical doors, vision panels and coordinated openings for building services. Material selections can address fire performance, static control, cleanability, antimicrobial requirements and resistance to the chemicals used in the operating environment.

3. Turnkey construction and EPC coordination

From concept development and detailed engineering through civil works, procurement, installation and start-up, the program is managed through a unified scope and schedule. Defined responsibility supports faster decisions, stronger cost control and disciplined handover.

4. Hybrid expansions and retrofit projects

Existing plants rarely offer a blank canvas. We plan modular additions and conventional works around live operations, restricted access, shutdown windows and legacy utilities. Phasing, temporary controls and tie-in strategies are developed to minimize production risk while creating a clear path for future capacity.

5. Automation, monitoring and controls

Building Management Systems can coordinate HVAC performance, alarms, pressure relationships and door interlocks. Environmental Monitoring Systems can be configured with SCADA, historian and audit-trail functions to support regulated data requirements, including architectures designed for 21 CFR Part 11 expectations where applicable.

6. Service, maintenance and recertification

Operational performance continues after handover. Support programs can include preventive and corrective maintenance, testing-adjusting-balancing (TAB), filter and airflow services, recertification, critical spare-parts planning, extended warranties and service-level agreements.

A disciplined path from concept to operation

  1. Define: establish the user requirements, production goals, site constraints, regulatory needs and expansion strategy.
  2. Engineer: coordinate architecture, structure, MEP services, automation and maintainability through an integrated design process.
  3. Fabricate: manufacture and pre-assemble repeatable components in a controlled setting, with inspection points built into the work plan.
  4. Install: sequence logistics, site works and utility connections around safety requirements and operational constraints.
  5. Commission and qualify: perform functional testing and deliver the agreed documentation package, including FAT, SAT and IQ/OQ support where required.
  6. Support: maintain performance, address changes and plan future expansion through the facility lifecycle.

Industries served

Pharmaceutical and biotechnology · Cell and gene therapy · Semiconductors and microelectronics · Medical devices · Food and cosmetics · Healthcare, research and laboratory environments

Each sector presents a different risk profile. We align the facility concept with the applicable process, contamination-control strategy, codes, standards and client quality systems. Final classifications, validation activities and performance criteria are defined during project development.

Built for certainty and change

Industrial investments must work on day one and remain useful as demand, technology and regulations change. Modularization creates options: capacity can be deployed in phases, repeatable suites can be replicated across locations and critical systems can be designed for maintainability without sacrificing environmental control.

Mastercom Capital combines commercial discipline with technical coordination to help clients move from opportunity to an executable facility plan. Our focus is not simply the room itself, but the operating system around it: people, processes, utilities, controls, documentation and the long-term economics of the asset.
